POLICIES

1. I reserve the right to refuse service if I believe that I, the horse, or others could be injured.

2. It is the owners responsibility to handle and correct the horse.

3. If I am not able to be on time for the appointment then I will call you. Please be available for the scheduled appointment. Please have the mud and crud removed from legs and hooves.

4. I do not work outside when it is raining or snowing but will work in a shelter.

5. If I'm working with a mare with foal then please have foal restrained.

6. If you are required to cancel an appointment then please provide me with advanced notice.
